How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for beverages?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my non-alcoholic spirits and wines?
Most of our products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, many non-alcoholic wines and aperitifs require refrigeration to maintain freshness.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
Are your products suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding?
While our products are non-alcoholic, some contain botanical extracts or trace amounts of alcohol (less than 0.5% ABV). We recommend consulting with your physician if you have specific dietary concerns.
